US issues missile warning for its citizens in Israel amid tensions with Iran

BREAKING: The US Embassy in Israel issued a security alert warning US citizens of “heightened tensions” in the Middle East, and highlighting the risk of rocket attacks.

“Out of an abundance of caution, the Embassy strongly encourages U.S. citizens to remain vigilant and take appropriate steps to increase their security awareness, as security incidents, including rocket fire, often take place without warning,” the warning reads.

The alert made no mention of the elimination of Iranian arch-terrorist Qassem Soleimani by a US drone strike last week or of any specific country or terror group.

Hamas terror chief in Gaza Ismail Haniyeh attended today the funeral of Soleimani in Tehran.

“The resistance [terrorism] on the [imaginary] lands of Palestine and its surrounding area will not weaken and will not back down,” said Haniyeh during the funeral, “these assassinations [eliminations] only serve to strengthen our resolve to free Jerusalem [murder Jews], with Soleimani being Jerusalem’s own martyr.”
