US: Irvine synagogue vandalized days after Pittsburgh synagogue massacre
Police officers were called to Beth Jacob Synagogue in Irvine, California, where an offensive, anti-Semitic graffiti was spray painted on an exterior wall just days after the worst anti-Semitic massacre in American history at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh.
“Detectives are aggressively investigating this crime and ask the public to report any suspicious activity to Police Dispatch at 949-724-7200″, Irvine Police Department tweeted.

Workers who arrived at 9 a.m. Wednesday morning discovered the vandalism and reported it to police.
“Members of the Christian, Mormon and Muslim communities reached out to me after the horrific incident in Pittsburgh, offering their support and solidarity,” Rabbi Yisroel Ciner said. “We are saddened that such hate exists everywhere, even in our backyard.”
