Russia: 1 killed, 3 injured in blast outside Federal Security Service building
BREAKING: An explosion at the entrance of an office of Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) in northern Russia killed one and injured three people, the Russian National Antiterrorism Committee said.
The cause of the blast in the city of Arkhangelsk was not yet known.
All employees were evacuated from the building. Russia’s special services work at the site.
Authorities have closed off the section of Troitsky Avenue from Pomorskaya Street to Karl Liebknecht Street.
