Rocket attack victim from Ashkelon dies after 11 months in coma

BREAKING: After 11 months in a coma, 74-year-old rocket attack victim Nina Genisdanova, has died of her wounds.

Nina was in a coma at Sheeba Hospital since November 2018, when a rocket launched by Muslim terrorists in Gaza hit her home in Ashkelon.

Nina was in a four-story building that took a direct hit from a rocket during a barrage of rockets fired by Muslim terror groups in Gaza towards Israel. The rocket also killed an Arab man and seriously injured another woman.

“We offer sympathies to the Genisdanova family from Ashkelon on the death of their mother, Nina, who was seriously injured in the last round of fighting that we had in the city,” the Ashkelon municipality said in a statement.
