PM Netanyahu: Erdogan –whose army massacres Kurdish women and children– should not preach to Israel

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Saturday said that Erdogan should not preach to Israel while Turkey continues to massacre Kurds inside and outside of Turkey.

“Erdogan – the occupier of northern Cyprus, whose army massacres women and children in Kurdish villages, inside and outside Turkey – should not preach to Israel,” Netanyahu said on Twitter in response to Erdogan’s remarks during a youth program in Izmir.

“Jews in Israel kick the man on the ground, actually Jews kick not the only man but also women and even children when they were forced to the ground. Are we the same? We, as Muslims, confront the men head on if they are brave enough to face us and we teach them a lesson.”

Erdogan also claimed that Turkey will take command of the fighting against ISIS in Syria, and will continue to massacre Kurdish citizens in northern Syria.

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo assured Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi that the US is still committed to fighting ISIS in Iraq and other areas despite its planned troop withdrawal from Syria.
