According to initial reports, the terrorist intentionally crashed his car into a jeep belonging to an elite undercover unit operating at the entrance to the al-Amari neighborhood in Ramallah.

The terrorist, identified as a 20-year-old resident of East Jerusalem, was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
No injuries reported among the Border Police force.
The IDF arrested 10 Muslim terrorists overnight in Judea and Samaria, who were wanted for involvement in terrorism and violent disorders directed against civilians and security personnel.
As part of an ongoing campaign against illegal weapons, IDF and Border Police forces seized a local-made Carlo submachine gun in the Arab village of Beit Awa, in the Hevron area.
The IDF, Border Police and the Civil Administration for Judea and Samaria secured the prayers and entry of some 1,350 Jewish worshipers to biblical Joseph’s Tomb in Shechem.
During security scans prior to the worshipers’ arrival, a bomb was found and was neutralized in a controlled detonation.
The prayers continued without exceptional incidents but violent riots broke out at the entrance to the city. Muslim terrorists threw rocks, firebombs, and fireworks at the troops, who responded with riot dispersal methods.
