Israeli airstrikes against Iranian targets near Syria’s Hama countryside

BREAKING: Israeli airstrikes against Iranian targets in Masyaf, near Syria’s Hama countryside.

Several explosions were heard.

Arabs report that there are killed and injured in the airstrikes.

A correspondent for Syrian state television said “initial reports” suggest the explosions were an “aggression.”

An Israeli military spokeswoman declined to comment on the report.

Earlier today, a senior IDF source revealed that over the past year there have been around 200 IAF attacks in Syria.

The strikes targeted mainly advanced weapon systems and infrastructure of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards on Syrian territory.

Some 800 missiles and bombs were launched.

An air strike near a US base in southeastern Syria near the borders with Iraq and Jordan has killed at least eight pro-Assad troops, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported Monday.
