Iran threatens: Response to any US attack won’t be limited to its source

Iran threatens Response to any US attack won't be limited to its source

Iran’s retaliation to any military attack will not be “limited to its source,” Tehran threatened on Wednesday.

“In an official note to the United States via Swiss embassy, Iran has reiterated that it was not behind attacks on Saudi Arabia’s oil facilities and it has warned that any move by America against Iran will get immediate reaction,” ISNA reported

Early today, Saudi Arabia said it would show evidence linking Iran to the Sept. 14 attacks on its oil plants.

Iran launched nearly a dozen cruise missiles and over 20 drones from its territory in the attack, a senior Trump administration official said.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and other US officials were headed to Saudi Arabia. United Nations experts monitoring sanctions on Iran and Yemen also left for the kingdom, Saudi’s UN envoy told Reuters.

President Trump on Sunday evening tweeted that the US has “reason to believe that we know” who is responsible for the attack on a Saudi Arabian oil field and the country is “locked and loaded depending on verification.”

PM Netanyahu on Monday told Israeli media that Israel is prepared for the possibility it might be drawn into any US-Iranian confrontation.
