Iran: 3 killed, several injured in car bomb attack
BREAKING: At least three people were killed in a bomb attack in the port city of Chabahar in southeastern Iran on Thursday, state TV reported, adding that many others were injured.
“This morning a bomb inside a car exploded near a police station in Chabahar and four people were injured,” the official said.
“It was a suicide bomb attack,” Iran’s state news agency IRNA reported.
According to local reports, a sporadic shooting followed the explosion.
Iranian authorities have not identified the terrorist yet. No terror group has immediately claimed responsibility for the attack.
Muslim terrorists disguised as soldiers attacked an annual military parade in the southwest Iranian city of Ahvaz last September, killing 25 and wounding dozens of people. ISIS claimed the terror attack.
