IED attached to balloons explodes near IDF troops during late-night riots at Gaza border
Hundreds of Muslim terrorists are rioting tonight along the security border fence with Israel. They are burning tires, throwing rocks, grenades, bombs, firebombs, fireworks at IDF troops and attempting to sabotage the fence in order to invade Israel and murder Jews.
During the violent riots, Muslim terrorists flew an explosive device attached to balloons over the border fence into Israeli territory. The bomb was detonated near IDF troops securing the border east of Khan Yunis. No injuries reported.
IDF troops are responding with riot dispersal means including live fire at main terrorists, in accordance with the rules of engagement.
Earlier today, Israel’s aviation authority has changed the routes for landing at Ben-Gurion Airport in order to accommodate advanced missile defenses following the rise in tensions in the south.
Reports suggest that additional Iron Dome missile defense batteries were deployed in central Israel and areas south of Ben Gurion Airport.
Residents in southern Israel posted on social media photos and videos of IDF tanks and military hardware heading toward the Gaza border.
