IDF stops another ship trying to breach legal blockade of Gaza
BREAKING: The IDF seized a European ship full of terrorism-sympathizers and Israel-haters, that attempted to breach the naval blockade of Gaza.
The legal blockade meant to prevent weapons from being transferred into the hands of terrorists, including the ruling Hamas terror group.
The IDF Spokesperson’s Unit said the ship was being monitored and had been seized according to the international law.
The ship is reportedly being taken to the Port of Ashdod and those on board had been taken for further questioning.
The operation was concluded without unusual events.
This week, Israel intercepted another civilian ship full of terrorism-sympathizers and Israel-haters, that attempted to breach the naval blockade of Gaza, a legal blockade under international law.
The Norway’s foreign ministry said its diplomats in Israel had been providing consular assistance to five Norwegians who were among the 22 passengers and crew detained, and demanded Israel explain seizure of vessel that attempted to violate the legal blockade.
