General closure imposed in Judea-Samaria to prevent terror attacks during Purim
BREAKING: The Defense Ministry has announced the closure of Judea-Samaria during the Purim holiday.
The closure starts at midnight tonight and will end at 11:59 p.m. on Saturday night.
Palestinian Authority workers will not be allowed into Israel during the three-day period, to prevent terror attacks during the Jewish holiday.
The passage from Judea and Samaria to other parts of Israel will only be permitted for humanitarian, medical and exceptional cases, subject to the approval of the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories.
The IDF operated overnight in the Arab village of Zawiya as a manhunt continues for the Muslim terrorists who murdered Rabbi Achiad Ettinger and Staff Sgt. Gal Kaidan, in a combined stabbing and shooting attack at Ariel Junction.
