The Shin Bet arrested a number of Muslim terrorists member of a Hamas terror cell, who were planning to carry out a terror attack in Judea and Samaria.
Two Muslim terrorists aged 21, 20, activists in the Hamas students cell at the terror nest of Bir Zeit University, were recruited by Hamas Izz a-Din al-Qassam in Gaza to carry out terror attacks and aid in the transfer of terrorist funds.
According to the investigation, during their enlistment, they underwent various terror-training.
Another 24-year-old Muslim terrorist resident of Samaria contacted a Hamas senior terrorist who used a fake Facebook profile, who instructed him how to organize and carry out a terror attack.
A special effort was invested in recruiting engineering students who served as explosive device manufacturers.
Since the establishment of the infrastructure, the Shin Bet and IDF have detained dozens of Hamas terrorists who operated via social media to perpetrate terror attacks in Israel.
The recent arrests were carried out after the terror infrastructure in Gaza attempted to speed up the rate of terror attacks in Judea and Samaria.
