Bomb hidden in book attached to balloons launched by Muslim terrorists, lands in Israel

A bomb hidden in a book connected to a huge bunch of balloons launched by Muslim terrorists from Gaza was found Friday morning at Kibbutz Tze’elim, in the Eshkol Regional Council.

The bomb was disguised as the book “Loving Stella” by Orit Parkin.

Police sappers were called and a robot neutralized the explosives.

“The assumption is that the goal was that the book would detach from the balloons and appear like an innocent-looking Hebrew book. Therefore, it is very important – in any case of identifying any suspicious object even if it’s not attached to balloons – don’t touch. You should move away and report it to the local IDF security coordinator,” an Eshkol Regional Council spokesperson said.

Police warn Israelis not to touch burning kites, tires or incendiary balloons and immediately report them to the police emergency line.

Hundreds of firebombs and explosive devices attached to balloons and drones are currently being launched by Muslim terrorists from Gaza into Israeli territory, despite reports of a ceasefire agreement reached between Israel and Hamas terror group.
