Argentina: Israel’s Mossad gave the intel to prevent Hezbollah terror attacks on Jewish community centers

The Mossad, Israel’s National Intelligence Agency, helped Argentina foil a major Hezbollah terrorist attack on Jewish community centers in Buenos Aires, Israeli media reported Monday.

Two Muslim terrorists with Argentinian citizenship and links to the Iranian backed Hezbollah terror group were arrested on Thursday, Argentina’s security ministry said in a statement.

The two terrorists, brothers aged 23 and 25, were arrested in a residence in the capital.

Police discovered an arsenal that included rifles, shotguns and a number of pistols, among other weapons.

Police said they discovered evidence of travel abroad “along with credentials in Arabic and an image of Lebanon’s Hezbollah terror group flag.”
