Israeli soldier wounded by bomb on Gaza border – IDF tanks open fire on Hamas positions
BREAKING – Cleared for publication: An Israeli soldier was lightly wounded after an explosive device was thrown at him by Muslim terrorists during violent riots along the northern Gaza border.
The injured soldier received initial medical care and is currently being treated at the Soroka Medical Center in Beer Sheva.
IDF troops responded with live fire.
Initial reports of IDF tanks targeting Hamas terror positions in northern Gaza.
Arabs report 19 Muslim terrorists injured, 2 of them critically wounded following the strikes. Initial reports suggest that there are terrorists eliminated, but Hamas is not allowing the health ministry to publish the information.
An additional explosive device was thrown at IDF troops. No injuries reported.
