11 wanted terrorists arrested overnight in Judea and Samaria – Terror funds, weapons seized
BREAKING: The IDF arrested 11 Muslim terrorists overnight in Judea and Samaria, who were wanted for involvement in terrorism and violent disorders directed against civilians and security personnel.
The terrorists were turned over to security agencies for further investigation.
As part of an ongoing campaign against illegal weapons, IDF troops seized a local-made Carlo rifle in the Arab village of Qabalan, south of Shechem in Samaria.
In addition, as part of counter-terrorism operations against funds used for terrorism, the IDF seized more than 100,000 shekels in terrorist money in the Arab village of Ula in the Hevron area.
Muslim terrorists threw several explosive devices at IDF troops operating overnight near the Arab village of Yabad and at the Jalamah Crossing near Jenin in Samaria.
No injuries were reported and no damage was caused.
A female Muslim terrorist attempted to stab security forces Wednesday morning at the A-Zaim checkpoint near the Jewish community of Maale Adumim.
When soldiers spotted the female terrorist charging them with a knife in her hand, they opened fire, eliminating her. No other injuries were caused.
Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan extended Thursday morning the order preventing the activities of the Palestinian Authority in East Jerusalem after adopting the recommendation of the Shin Bet and the Israel Police.
