The song for anti-Semitic Airbnb that Facebook didn’t want you to watch

On Wednesday afternoon the Portnoy brothers uploaded to Facebook a short song they wrote, which was directed at Airbnb after the home-renting company surrendered to anti-Semitism and decided to remove some 200 ads for accommodation units located in Jewish communities of Judea and Samaria.

The Portnoy brothers Sruli and Mendy included a subtle, polite suggestion that they stay out of politics or people would boycott them, in the same way that they attempted to boycott Israel.

“It went viral. We had never seen anything like it… And then just like the kind of magic trick that leaves you feeling violated, Facebook removed our video (without any prior warning or justification). Vanished into thin air”, the Portnoy said.

“We won’t be bullied and we want the truth to be heard loud and clear; so we went into the studio today to re-record a full-length studio version of the song. Please share it and help get the truth out”, they added.

Home-renting company Airbnb last Monday decided to surrender to Muslim terrorism and will remove its listings in Jewish communities of Judea and Samaria in Israel.

The Judea and Samaria Council said in response that “a company that has no qualms about renting apartments in dictatorships around the world and in places that have no relationship with human rights is singling out Israel. This can only be a result of anti-Semitism or surrendering to terrorism – or both.”

Beverly Hills boycotts Airbnb over listings removal of Jewish communities in Israel (3)

The city council of Beverly Hills in California voted unanimously last week to withdraw apartment listings for the city from Airbnb in response.

“Airbnb is not welcome in Beverly Hills as long as its policies are based on anti-Jewish double standards. We can try to inoculate others against this malady but we also must protect ourselves against its effects,” the city’s Vice Mayor John A. Mirisch added.

“We call upon all civilized people across the globe to boycott Airbnb until such time as they desist from these despicable anti-Semitic actions,” the resolution passed by the council declares.
