12 wanted terrorists arrested, weapons seized during counter-terrorism operations in Judea-Samaria

The IDF arrested 12 Muslim terrorists overnight in Judea and Samaria, who were wanted for involvement in terrorism and violent disorders directed against civilians and security personnel.

The terrorists were turned over to security agencies for further investigation.

As part of an ongoing campaign against illegal weapons, IDF troops discovered a weapon in the Arab village of Atara in Samaria.

During a counter-terrorism operation, a Muslim terrorist affiliated with Hamas was arrested for arms trafficking near Shechem.

Rocks were thrown by Muslim terrorists at a Jewish residence in the Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem. Police forces in a joint operation with investigators and Border Police officers identified and arrested 5 terrorists, aged between 14 and 50. They will be brought to court today for a remand extension.

The IDF launched a massive manhunt overnight in the Shweika neighborhood of Tulkarem, home of the Muslim terrorist who murdered Ziv Hagbi and Kim Levengrond Yehezkel at the Barkan industrial area in Samaria.

According to Arab reports, IDF troops raided the house of the terrorist, a building under construction in the same neighborhood and other homes belonging to relatives of the Muslim terrorist.

Riots broke out during the searches, with Muslim terrorists throwing rocks and firebombs at the troops.

Once again, the IDF posted leaflets warning residents of Tulkarem against assisting the terrorist.

The leaflets read:  “Anyone who helps wanted person Ashraf Nalwah will be subject to legal consequences such as a long prison sentence, destruction of his home and cancellation of all permits for him and his family. We will not hesitate to punish anyone who gives the wanted person help.”
