‘Hezbollah stronger than the IDF’, Nasrallah says from his underground bunker
In a televised speech, from the safety of his underground bunker where he has been hiding from Israel since 2006, Nasrallah says that Hezbollah is stronger than the IDF.
The leader of Lebanon’s Iran-backed Hezbollah said on Tuesday that his terror group was stronger than ever and would “very soon” celebrate victory in Syria, where it has been fighting alongside the dictator Bashar al-Assad.
“Israel is rebuilding itself today, in view of the defeat in 2006, including reexamining its doctrine of war, on the basis that its enemy is serious and capable.”
“Hezbollah is stronger than the Israeli army, the
resistance [Jihad] in Lebanon is stronger than the Israeli army in capabilities, in experience and courage,” Nasrallah said.
Nasrallah regularly threatens Israel, despite having been forced to live in an underground bunker since the Second Lebanon War – a fact which he denies.
