IDF raids workshop producing weapons for terrorists – 21 wanted terrorists arrested overnight

BREAKING: The IDF arrested 21 Muslim terrorists overnight in Judea and Samaria, who were wanted for involvement in lone wolf terror attacks and violent disorders directed against civilians and security personnel.

During additional IDF counter-terrorism activity, four Muslim terrorists were apprehended after they started a fire adjacent to Bat Ayin, north of Hevron. This instigated violent riots in Beit Ummar, during which Muslim terrorists hurled a bomb, firebombs, and rocks, fired fireworks, rolled burning tires at IDF soldiers.

Violent riots broke up during counter-terrorism operations in Bayt Rima, south of Shechem,  during which firebombs, a pipe bomb, and rocks were hurled at IDF soldiers.

The troops responded with crowd-dispersal measures. There were no casualties but military vehicles were damaged.

The IDF raided a workshop for the production of illegal weapons in the terror nest of Yatta in the Hevron Hills. Two terrorists were arrested in the raid.



In addition, as part of an ongoing campaign by the IDF against illegal weapons, three air rifles were seized in Tulkarem. These rifles were converted into hand-made weapons for the purpose of committing terrorist attacks.
