IDF demolishes home of terrorist who murdered Dafna Meir

Arab media reported that the IDF early Saturday morning demolished the house of Morad Bader Abdallah Adis, in the Arab village of Beit Amra west of Yatta, south of Hevron.

In January, Adis, 16, stabbed Dafna Meir, 38, to death in front of her teenage daughter inside their home in the Jewish community of Otniel.

An initial security assessment showed the terrorist entered Otniel, came to the Meir home and stabbed her to death.

Following the attack, the 16-year-old terrorist escaped from Otniel and arrived at his home. He noticed that he had blood on his left hand and washed it immediately. After that, he sat with his family and watched a movie.

Meir, a mother of six, was a nurse at Soroka University Medical Center in Beer Sheva.

Two days after the murder, Adis was arrested in his home, located three kilometers from Otniel. He was detained and interrogated by the Shin Bet (Israeli Security Agency).
