Beit El terrorist hints at his intentions on Facebook
The terrorist who committed the shooting attack near Beit El today (Sunday) was a Palestinian police officer, who worked in the past as a personal bodyguard for a Palestinian Attorney General. Before he committed the attack, he posted on his Facebook page inciting messages, hinting at this intentions: “I don’t see anything worth living for as long as the occupation chokes our souls.”
Sukri was a resident of Kfar Jama’in and recently began publishing inciting video on his Facebook page. Today, before he committed the terror attack, he wrote: “On this earth there are things worth living for. But regrettably I don’t see anything worth living for as long as the occupation chokes our souls and kills our brothers and sisters. God have mercy on our martyrs and heal the injured.”
In Sukri’s last post, just moment before he injured 3 Israelis, he wrote: “This is a morning of victory.” He finished the post with the Muslim shahada. Sukri approached the Focus checkpoint near Beit El around 11:00 AM and fired at a group of Israelis. 3 Israelis were injured and are currently in different conditions. The terrorist was eliminated at the scene.
