In pre-demolition step, IDF maps out home of Muslim terrorist who murdered Rabbi Shai Ohayon H’YD

Israeli security forces mapped out the home of the Muslim terrorist who murdered Rabbi Shai Ohayon yesterday in a stabbing attack in Petah Tikvah, laying the groundwork for the house demolition.

IDF troops entered the Arab village of Rujeib, near Shechem Wednesday night and raided the home of Khalil Abd-al Khaliq Dwikat, confiscated documents and questioned family members.

“Overnight, IDF soldiers operated in the village of Rujeib to map out the home of the terrorist who carried out the stabbing attack yesterday in Petah Tikva in which Rabbi Shai Ohayon — may his memory be blessed — was murdered. The mapping out was conducted in order to examine the possibility of demolishing the home,” the IDF said in a statement.

“My wife Sara and I embrace the family, the wife and four children who were left today without a father. We will work to demolish the home of the terrorist and seek the most severe punishment possible,” PM Netanyahu tweeted.

Rabbi Shai Ohayon, a 39-year-old father of four, was stabbed to death by a Muslim terrorist near the Sgula Junction in Petah Tikvah.

The 46-year-old terrorist, who holds an Israeli work permit, was arrested shortly afterward with a bloodstained butcher knife.

Rabbi Shai laid to rest Wednesday night. He is survived by his wife Sivan and their four children: Tohar, 13, Hillel, 11, Shiloh, 9, and Malachi, 4.
