Israeli fighter jets and tanks bomb Hamas terror targets in Gaza in response to incendiary, explosive attacks

BREAKING: Israeli fighter jets and tanks bombed Hamas terror targets in southern Gaza in response to hundreds of explosive devices and firebombs attached to balloons launched by Muslim terrorists toward southern Israel.

According to Arab reports, the IDF targeted a terror post near Rafah in southern Gaza.

“In response to explosive balloons launched from Gaza into Israel today, our tanks and aircraft just struck Hamas military posts and underground infrastructure in Gaza. We will defend Israeli civilians from terror,” the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit tweeted.

Hours earlier, four Muslim terrorists blew themselves up in a jihadi accident while loading a rocket launcher at the Yarmouk terror camp, east of Gaza City.

The four blown-up terrorists have been identified as members of the Islamic Jihad armed wing al-Quds, whose sole mission is to murder Jews.

Hundreds of firebombs and explosive devices attached to balloons were launched by Muslim terrorists from Gaza into southern Israel on Sunday, causing at least 43 fires.

Yesterday, Defense Minister Benny Gantz visited an Iron Dome battery in southern Israel.

“Hamas leaders need to know that when the balloons explode here, the explosions by them will be much more painful,” Gantz said.
