Watch: IDF bombs Hamas terror targets in Gaza in response to explosive balloon attacks in southern Israel
BREAKING: Israeli fighter jets bombed Hamas terror targets in Gaza after firebombs and bombs attached to balloons continued to be launched from Gaza into Israel today, causing at least 24 fires on land across southern Israel.
The IDF targeted Hamas terror targets including a terror compound, underground infrastructure and observation posts.
“Explosive balloons continued to be launched from Gaza into Israel today, causing fires on land across southern Israel. In response, we just struck Hamas targets in Gaza, including a military compound, underground infrastructure and observation posts. We hold Hamas responsible,” the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit tweeted.
Earlier today, the IDF announced the reduction of Gaza’s fishing perimeter from 15 to 8 nautical miles after Muslim terrorists continue attempting to murder Jews by launching explosive devices and firebombs attached to balloons into Israeli territory.
At least 24 fires broke out today in southern Israel due to firebombs and bombs launched from Gaza.
Fire department units are dealing with a large fire burning since this afternoon in the Be’eri Forest.
An explosive device attached to balloons exploded over a town in the Shaar HaNegev Regional Council. There were no injuries or damage.
Police sappers were called to neutralize several bombs that landed in southern Israel.
