UNIFIL found equipment left behind by Hezbollah during infiltration attempt

BREAKING: UNIFIL has reportedly located equipment left behind by Hezbollah terrorists in Israeli territory during the infiltration attempt near Mount Dov along the border with Lebanon.

In the coming days, UNIFIL will submit their report to the UNSC.

Tensions remain high in the North after the IDF thwarted a Hezbollah terrorist attack Monday afternoon when a cell of four Muslim terrorists advanced several meters into Israeli territory.

The infiltration attempt appeared to have been in response to the elimination of a Hezbollah terrorist in an Israeli raid on Iranian weapons warehouses in Syria last week.

Hezbollah denied its Muslim terrorists attempted to infiltrate into Israeli territory, calling the Israeli account a move to create “false victories”.

Israeli defense officials scoffed at the terror group’s denial, saying the infiltration attempt had been filmed by military security cameras and that the terrorists who took part in it were armed.

The Iran-backed terror group vowed revenge, saying a response against Israel was “coming for sure”.

The IDF called up a number of reservists to reinforce the Northern Command as Israel assumes that Nasrallah is determined to launch a significant attack, partly due to the economic situation in Lebanon.
