Egypt: 21 Muslim terrorists planning ISIS massacres eliminated in North Sinai

BREAKING: Egyptian security forces eliminated 21 Muslim terrorists who planned to massacre people during Eid al-Fitr celebrations, which mark the end of the Jihad month of Ramadan.

Acting upon a tip-off, Egyptian security forces raided two terrorist hideouts. One of the hideouts was a farm where ISIS terrorists were training, and the other was a house in Bir al-Abd, where they were preparing to carry out terror attacks in Eid al-Fitr, taking place on May 24-26.

Police forces raided both hideouts simultaneously, eliminating 14 Muslim terrorists in the farm and 7 jihadists in the house.

As many as 17 machine guns, five explosive devices, two suicide belts and wireless devices were found in their possession.

Four policemen were also wounded in the face-off.

Hundreds of Muslim terrorists have been eliminated by the Egyptian army, backed by police and other security forces since it launched a wide-scale operation in February 2018 aimed at eradicating terrorists, mostly members of ISIS or ISIS-linked terror groups in the Sinai peninsula. The operation is still ongoing.
