One soldier wounded, Muslim terrorist eliminated in car-ramming terror attack

BREAKING: An IDF soldier was seriously wounded in a car-ramming terror attack near the Jewish community of Negohot in the Hevron Hills area.

The Muslim terrorist has been reportedly shot and eliminated by IDF troops.

MDA paramedics treated a 21-year-old soldier who was seriously injured in the attack. He was evacuated to Soroka Hospital in Beer Sheva.

According to initial reports, the soldier belongs to the 9th Armored Battalion. He was on a deputy security mission in southern Mount Hevron.

The Muslim terrorist sped up toward the soldier and ran him over. Another soldier shot at the terrorist, eliminating the threat.

This was the fourth terror attack in Israel in less than a week, during the Jihad month of Ramadan.

On Tuesday, a Muslim terrorist was shot and neutralized after attempting to stab security forces at the Qalandiya checkpoint, north of Jerusalem.

Earlier, a Muslim terrorist threw a large rock from the roof of a home and murdered Golani First Sgt Amit Ben Ygal during a counter-terrorism operation in the Arab village of Ya’bad near Jenin in northern Samaria.

Yesterday, a knife-wielding Muslim terrorist was shot and eliminated after stabbing a security guard stationed at the entrance to Tel HaShomer Hospital in Ramat Gan. Shortly after the attack, the Police said the incident might have been criminally motivated and not necessarily a terror attack.
