Syria: Israeli fighter jets bomb Iranian terror targets in Aleppo
BREAKING: Israeli fighter jets bombed weapons depots belonging to Iran’s Revolutionary Guards terror group in Syria.
Syrian air defenses were activated over Allepo, after the alleged Israeli strikes.
Arabs report at least three significant explosions targeting the Syrian Agency for Scientific Research (SSRC) in Aleppo, which is used by Iranian and Hezbollah terrorists to develop missiles, chemical and biological weapons.
Following the strikes, Israel closed the airspace over the Golan for civilian aircraft flying over 5,000 feet, for the next 30 days.
Last week, Israeli combat helicopters fired at least five missiles from the Golan towards an Iran-backed terror post in the town of Tel Ahmar in Quneitra.
Hours later, at least ten Muslim terrorists were injured in a jihadi workplace accident after an Iranian warehouse full of weapons exploded in Homs, western Syria.
Israel has acknowledged carrying out hundreds of airstrikes in Syria in recent years, most of them aimed at arms shipments to be headed from Iran to its Shiite proxy Hezbollah.
