Hezbollah terror chief Hassan Nasrallah gravely ill with coronavirus after meeting Iranian delegation
Hezbollah terror group leader Hassan Nasrallah has emerged lately from the safety of his underground bunker where he has been hiding from Israel since 2006 to meet an Iranian delegation.
According to Arab sources, Nasrallah was infected with coronavirus last week after meeting a high-level delegation from Tehran in which one of the members was infected.
A Lebanese man died today after being infected with coronavirus, marking the country’s first recorded death in the epidemic, according to the country’s Ministry of Health.
Coronavirus has infected a large number of Iranian officials. Iranian lawmaker Fatemeh Rahbar died from the coronavirus, a week after the Islamic Parliament was closed until further notice due to the virus outbreak among tens of MPs and an undisclosed number of regime officials.
Iran has reported 237 deaths and 7,161infected across the country since mid-February, although the real figures are believed to be far higher.
