Israeli fighter jets bomb Iranian terror targets in Syria

HAPPENING NOW: Israeli fighter jets are bombing weapons depots belonging to Iran’s Revolutionary Guards terror group in Syria.

Syrian air defenses are active over Homs and Quneitra, after alleged Israeli strikes.

According to Arab reports, the IDF struck a Hezbollah terror post near Homs.

In addition, Iranian weapons caches were struck by IDF aircraft with five missiles in Quneitra, near the Israeli border.

Israeli jets were spotted flying over Sidon in Lebanon a few minutes previous to the attack.

Earlier this week, the IDF thwarted a sniper attack near the Syrian border in the northern Golan.

“We identified an attempted sniper attack from Syria toward the Golan Heights in northern Israel. In response, our soldiers just targeted the vehicle involved in the attempted attack”, the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit tweeted.
