US Embassy in Israel issues security alert to American citizens after Trump’s peace plan announcement
The US Embassy in Israel has issued a security alert to American citizens following Trump’s peace plan announcement.
The embassy statement prohibits US government employees and their families from travel in most of Jerusalem’s Old City, Judea and Samaria and Gaza in light of widespread calls for Muslim riots.
“United States citizens should avoid areas where crowds have gathered and where there is increased police and/or military presence,” the statement says.
Riots broke out yesterday in Jerusalem and Judea-Samaria, including Ramallah, Qalqilya, Bethlehem, Hevron and Jericho, with Muslim terrorists burning tires, throwing rocks, firebombs and explosive devices at IDF forces in protest against the pace plan.
Thousands of Muslim terror-fans rallied in Gaza, burning photos of President Trump and PM Netanyahu.
Hamas along with other terror groups and Arab factions in Gaza called for a general strike today in protest against the peace plan.
Official and private institutions including schools, universities, banks and most of the shops will be closed to allow kids and terrorists to riot along the security border fence.
