US strikes back at Iranian proxy terrorists near the Syria-Iraq border following rocket attacks
BREAKING: US warplanes bombed Iranian-backed terror groups’ facilities on al-Bukhaim al-Qa’im, near the Iraqi-Syrian border after several rockets targeting bases housing US troops exploded in and around Baghdad.
After reports of an airstrike, flames are seen in the border area between Al-Bukamal and Iraq.
Several rockets fired by Iran proxy terrorists exploded in and around Baghdad Saturday evening, including military bases housing US troops and the heavily fortified Green Zone which houses government buildings and the US Embassy.
Iranian-backed terrorists targeted the Balad Airbase, located 80 kilometers north of Baghdad and the Kinidi military base in Mosul. Reports of three Iraqi military personnel injured following the attack.
Police sources said that five people were injured during a rocket attack in the Jadriya neighborhood which is close to the heavily fortified Green Zone which houses government buildings and the US Embassy.
