DM Bennet freezes bank accounts of terrorists’ families to combat pay-for-slay money
BREAKING: Defense Minister Naftali Bennett signed an order freezing all bank accounts of families of convicted Muslim terrorists. The order relates to eight terrorists, five of whom have been sentenced to life in prison for carrying out terror attacks.
The move is designed to combat pay-for slay payments by the Palestinian Authority to Muslim terrorists in Israeli prisons and to their families, as well as the families of terrorists eliminated during terror attacks.
“We’ve moved to facts. This is another step in the campaign against terrorists, we are working so that Jewish blood will no longer be financially lucrative,” Bennett said.
This is the first time that Israel implements such a measure.
