Wanted terrorists arrested over the weekend in Judea and Samaria
The IDF arrested a number of Muslim terrorists over the weekend in Judea and Samaria, who were wanted for involvement in terrorism and violent disorders directed against civilians and security personnel.
The terrorists were turned over to security agencies for further investigation.
Violent riots broke out during counter-terrorism operations in the terror nest of Issawyia in Jerusalem, with Muslim terrorists throwing rocks, fireworks and firebombs at Border Police officers operating in the neighborhood.
Several wanted terrorists were reportedly arrested in the Arab towns of Qabatiya and Zababdeh, south of Jenin in northern Samaria.
Violent riots broke out during a counter-terrorism operation in the Arab village of Azzun, east of Qalqilya. According to Arab reports, Muslim terrorists threw an explosive device at IDF forces operating in the area. No injuries reported.
