Israeli-Arab baby filmed playing with loaded gun – Father charged with arms trafficking
An Israeli-Arab from the terror nest of Umm- al-Fahm in northern Israel was charged with weapons trafficking and possession of illegal arms, after a video of his 18-month-old son playing in his crib with a loaded gun was found on his cellphone during a Police investigation.
During the investigation, Police officers were shocked to find the videos on the suspect’s phone, with pictures also showing bullets strewn alongside him in his crib.
The father, who was not named, will be detained until the end of the legal proceedings against him. He was indicted for the theft of the weapon, weapons smuggling, possession charges and child endangerment.
“This is a case containing serious criminal offenses under these circumstances. The police intend to deal with the suspect according to the severity of the case”, the Police said in a statement.
