Muslim terrorist who rammed car into IDF soldiers caught and arrested
The IDF and the Shin Bet arrested Sunday morning a Muslim terrorist who rammed his car into soldiers on Saturday night near the Hizma checkpoint, north of Jerusalem.
According to Arab reports, IDF forces closed all the entrances to the nearby Arab town of Hizma. The forces entered the town and seized the vehicle involved in the terror attack.
The terrorist was arrested along with his father following a massive manhunt and intelligence gathering.
According to a preliminary investigation, the terrorist identified IDF forces who were operating on the side of the road and rammed his car into them.
Five soldiers were wounded in the terror attack. Three soldiers were hospitalized in moderate condition and a fourth in light condition; the fifth soldier was released overnight.
