Watch: Muslim terrorists set IDF jeep ablaze during riots along the Gaza border
As every Friday after mosque, some 7,000 Hamas-sponsored terrorists were rioting, burning tires, throwing rocks, launching firebombs, explosive devices, and attempting to sabotage the security fence along the Gaza border in order to infiltrate into Israel and murder Jews.
IDF troops responded with riot dispersal means including live fire at main terrorists, in accordance with the rules of engagement.
An IDF jeep was set ablaze by an explosive device thrown by terrorists during the violent riots. There were no injuries among the troops.
According to the Hamas-ruled Health Ministry in Gaza, 49 Muslim terrorists were wounded, 19 of those by live fire. According to the ministery, eight of the wounded were paramedic-terrorists and one was a journalist-terrorist.
Earlier Friday, Israel and Hamas terror group reached a ceasefire agreement. According to reports, the agreements include the extension of the fishing zone and the renewal of fuel supply to Gaza, halted earlier this week. Hamas terror group, on its part, would commit to preventing the launch of firebombs and explosive devices into Israel.
In addition, Hamas would ensure that the Muslim terrorists who take part in this week’s Friday riots after mosque, peacefully throw rocks, explosive devices at IDF troops and peacefully sabotage the security border fence in order to infiltrate into Israel to murder Jews.
Despite the ceasefire, 14 fires broke out today in southern Israel due to firebombs attached to balloons, launched by Muslim terrorists from Gaza into Israel.
A bomb hidden in a book connected to a huge bunch of balloons was found in the Eshkol Regional Council. Police sappers were called and a robot neutralized the explosives.
