OUTRAGE – Police neglected to collect evidence against Muslim terrorist who raped 7-year-old Jewish girl
The charges against the Muslim terrorist who raped a 7-year-old Jewish girl were dropped on Tuesday. In a dramatic turnaround, Muslim terrorist Mahmoud Katusa walked out the Ofer Military Prison after an earlier decision by the Military Prosecution to withdraw the charges against him for lack of evidence.
Israel’s military prosecution, which handled the high-profile investigation, released a joint statement with the Israel Police in which it said that there is evidence in the case to show that the girl was sexually assaulted, as well as evidence “pointing at the involvement” of the Muslim terrorist.
However, officials involved in the investigation said that “there isn’t enough evidence to file charges against Katusa.”
The announcement further stated that “The police investigation will continue in full force, in regard to Mahmoud Katusa’s possible involvement and in pursuit of other suspects”.
Last Monday, 46-year-old Muslim terrorist Mahmoud Katusa, a resident of the Palestinian Authority village of Deir Qadis was charged with kidnapping and raping a Jewish girl, whom he met at the school where he was employed as a janitor.
The original indictment alleged that he had developed a relationship with the child over an extended period, engaging her in conversation and giving her candy.
One day, the Muslim terrorist took the girl to a house and raped her.
The girl “cried and called for help,” according to the indictment.
Two Muslim terrorists held the little girl down, laughed, mocked her, and told her that she deserved to be raped for being a Jew, while she was raped by Mahmoud Katusa.
His remand was extended on Wednesday by a military court. Police claimed it has new information received from social services, which it would look into.
The family of the seven-year-old victim of rape says they are distraught at the news of the terrorist’s release.
Lawyers for the family say the child had positively identified Mahmoud Katusa as the man who attacked and raped her.
The lawyer adds that the little girl was kept at the police station until midnight Monday, recounting the events and answering questions. “Citizens of Israel should be very concerned this morning at the decision to release the suspect and withdraw the charges which is no less than a sham”, he added.
