Russia: Missing Jewish girl found 4 days later, murdered by bus driver
The search for Rivka Irena Tzipishav, a 22-year-old Jewish girl who went missing four days ago came to a grim end yesterday when she was found murdered in Moscow.
The murderer, a shuttle driver, was caught and arrested in Belarus following an order by the Russian police.
Rivka was laid to rest Tuesday afternoon in a Jewish cemetery near Moscow.
The funeral was attended by family and many members of the Jewish community, including Russia’s Chief Rabbi Berel Lazar.
“Rivka was a special person with a special soul,” Rabbi Lazar eulogized her.
