Israel resumes strikes on terror targets in response to massive rocket barrages from Gaza

HAPPENING NOW: Israeli fighter jets resume strikes on Hamas and Islamic Jihad terror targets in Gaza in response to about 150 rockets launched by Muslim terrorists toward the south and central Israel Saturday morning.

The Israeli Air Force announced the start of a broad airstrike campaign with 19 Hamas terror sites already hit.

Multiple airstrikes reported across Gaza, including northern and southern areas.

Israeli strikes reported on Hamas and Islamic Jihad terror positions near the fence.

Helicopters fired on terror posts near Beit Lahiya and east of Rafah moments ago.

According to Arab reports, a Muslim terrorist was critically injured in the strike east of Rafah.

There are four Muslim terrorists injured from the strike on Beit Lahiya.

Earlier today, the Hamas-ruled Health Ministry in Gaza reported that a 22-year-old Muslim terrorist identified as Imad Nassir was eliminated by the strikes and four others were injured.

Code red sirens continue going off in southern Israel towns.
