2 Muslim terrorists arrested after invading Israel from Gaza

BREAKING: IDF forces arrested two Muslim terrorists who sabotaged the security border fence and invaded Israel from Gaza.

The terrorists were arrested near the crossing point and taken by security forces for questioning.

Earlier today, Code Red rocket alert sirens sounded in Nachal Oz and Alumim, in the Sha’ar HaNegev and Sdot Negev Regional Councils.

Two rockets launched by Muslim terrorists from northern Gaza fell short and exploded inside Gaza.

In addition, dozens of firebombs and explosive devices attached to balloons are being launched today by terrorists from Gaza into Israeli territory.

Muslim terrorists fired five rockets from Gaza into Israel overnight following a day of mass riots along the security border fence.

The Islamic Jihad claimed responsibility for the rocket attack.

The rocket fire threatened to undermine Egyptian-mediated efforts to cement a ceasefire arrangement between Israel and the terror group that rules Gaza.

According to Arab reports, the Islamic Jihad, Saif Al-Islam and Nasser Salah Al-Din Brigades terror groups refused to accept the agreement between Hamas and Israel.

Despite the rocket fire, the Kerem Shalom and Erez border crossing point- which have been closed since last Monday when Muslim terrorists launched a rocket that destroyed a house in central Israel, were reopened Sunday morning.

In addition, the IDF has decided to allow the expansion of the fishing zone for Gazan fishermen.

Speaking about the tense situation on the Gaza border Netanyahu said: “I have ordered the IDF units deployed to the Gaza border to maintain their positions. We are ready for any development and will do everything in order to maintain our security.”

Senior security sources say the forces stationed on the Gaza border have not been called up to deal with the Saturday’s riots. A wide-scale operation against Hamas is still very much a possibility in the coming days.
