Muslim terrorist indicted for murder and rape of Israeli teen: ‘Ori was murdered for being a Jew’
Muslim terrorist Arafat Irfaiya was charged by the Jerusalem District prosecutor’s office on Thursday with the horrific murder of 19-year-old Ori Ansbacher HY’D.
In addition to premeditated murder and rape, the 29-year-old Muslim terrorist was charged with an act of terrorism and illegal entry into Israel.
“Irfaiya came to the scene with a knife. He saw Ansbacher and decided to kill her because she was a Jew,” the indictment states.
Earlier this week, the IDF informed his family that his home in Hevron would be demolished. Security forces mapped out the home last month, laying the groundwork for the building’s demolition.
In an unusual move, Islamic terror groups, among them Hamas and Islamic Jihad, have refrained from taking credit for the murder because she was raped.
The Muslim terrorist told investigators that he did not plan the terror attack in advance, aside from purchasing a kippah so he could enter into Israel undetected in order to murder a Jew.
The Muslim terrorist left his home in Hevron hiding a knife in his clothes, saw the victim in the forest, attacked and killed her. When he crossed the forest near Ein Yael, the first person he met was 19-year-old Ori Ansbacher, who was sitting on a rock and writing in a notebook and decided he would have sex with her “whether she agreed to it, or not.”
He stabbed Ori three times and dragged her as she tried to resist and yelled, before gagging her with her own scarf and binding her hands. He then raped her and stabbed her further.
All other details of the barbaric murder remain barred from publication.
In a joint operation, the Yamam special anti-terror unit and the IDF, the terrorist was caught alive a day after, near a mosque in Ramallah.
