10 wanted terrorists arrested overnight in Judea and Samaria – Terror funds, weapons seized
BREAKING: The IDF arrested 10 Muslim terrorists overnight in Judea and Samaria, who were wanted for involvement in terrorism and violent disorders directed against civilians and security personnel.
The terrorists were turned over to security agencies for further investigation.
In addition, as part of an ongoing campaign against illegal weapons, IDF troops from the Yehuda Brigades, Border Police, and Israel Police seized weapons, including two locally made Carlo submachine guns in Hevron and the nearby Arab town of Bani Na’im.
As part of counter-terrorism operations against funds used for terrorism, IDF soldiers from the Menashe and Samaria Brigades seized thousands of shekels in terrorist money in the Arab town of Asira Ash-Shamaliya and the Judean city of Hevron.
An IDF soldier and a Border Police officer were injured yesterday when Muslim terrorists rammed their car into them in the Arab village of Kafr Nimma in the Ephraim Regional Brigade of northern Samaria.
Border Police and military police stationed at the Mizmoriya crossing between Jerusalem and Bethlehem foiled Monday afternoon an attempt to smuggle weapons from the Palestinian Authority into Israel.
In another incident, IDF troops arrested four Muslim terrorists after they were detected by a CCTV observer. The terrorists were advancing suspiciously form Shechem. Upon searching, four pipe bombs were found on them.
