Arab terrorists opens fire on Israeli troops in Jenin

Arab terrorists opened fire at Israeli troops early Monday morning during an operation in Jenin, the IDF said.

Three Arab terrorists were arrested during the IDF operation there, and there were no reports of injuries.

Soldiers recovered a rifle, pipe bombs and other munitions in Jenin, the army said in a statement.

“Overnight, during routine activities to recover concealed weapons in Jenin, a suspect attacked the forces and fired at them,” an IDF spokesperson said.

“Following the attack, the forces searched the scene and identified multiple bullet shell casings,” she added.

In all, eight Arab terrorists were arrested during IDF activities in Judea and Samaria overnight, the statement said.
