The IDF and Israel Police deployed troops reinforcements in key trouble spots across Judea, Samaria, Jerusalem and along the Gaza border, in anticipation of violent rioting ‘celebrations’ of Nakba Day.

The IDF deployed additional Iron Dome missile defense batteries throughout the country as preparation for a possible escalation and rocket attacks from Gaza ahead of “Nakba Day”.

‘Nakba,’ or catastrophe, is the term used by terror-fans and Muslim terror groups such as Hamas and the PLO to refer to the creation of the State of Israel on May 14, 1948.
