IDF uncovers massive weapons factory in Hevron

IDF forces uncovered one of the largest underground gun factories ever found in Judea and Samaria overnight Sunday near the Jewish city of Hevron.

The factory, which is located in the Al-Fah industrial zone south of Hevron, was used until its discovery, to produce assault rifles and other weapons for use in terror attacks.

Israeli authorities arrested the Arab owner of the property and confiscated materials, equipment, and firearm parts found in the factory.

As well as metal-working machines, the security forces who carried out the raid also uncovered 70 barrels full of hundreds of different types of ammunition, including bullets for M16 and Carlo Gustav rifles
