New ISIS spokesman calls for lone wolf attacks in Europe, US and Russia

ISIS’s new spokesman has begun by calling on lone wolf terrorists in Europe, US and Russia to attack people ‘in their markets, roads and clubs’.

Abi al-Hassan al-Muhajer got the job after the terror group’s previous spokesman was killed in a U.S. air strike in Syria on August 30.

His first message – entitled For You Will Remember What I Tell You – claims US, Russia, Europe and Iran are all seeking the destruction of the Muslims.

Responding to the West’s latest campaigns against ISIS, Abu Hassan promised: ‘We will attack them in their own countries’.

He also urged ISIS supporters to attack Turkish military, economic and media targets, as well as its embassies around the world.

He told supporters: ‘Your operations make a difference, change the situation… Attack them in their markets, roads, clubs, and any unexpected location and burn the ground under their feet.’

The recording appeared on Al Furqan, a media organisation linked to Islamic State, giving the new spokesman’s name as Abi al-Hassan al-Muhajer, but keeping his appearance secret.

The United States confirmed in September that ISIS’s previous spokesman, Abu Mohammad al-Adnani, had been killed in an airstrike.
