17-year-old Muslim terrorist arrested after his mother warns he’s planning a terror attack
A Muslim terrorist has been arrested outside a house in Melbourne’s south-east on Friday afternoon, after his mother claimed he was planning a terrorist attack.
A Victoria Police spokeswoman said the terrorist was being interviewed after his arrest, but the incident is not being treated as terror-related.
The terrorist’s mother apparently sent messages to two of Channel Seven’s social media pages about 12.30pm on Friday.
Another message was sent to Ambulance Victoria, Channel Seven reported.
It reportedly said: ‘Hi call the police my son is going crazy. He have locked me in the house and have all the phones. He have drugs and weapons, he plans a terror attack please’.
Channel Seven contacted police and 40 armed officers swarmed the property at 4.30pm.
The terrorist was on his knees in front of the house as he was arrested.
